I would stay here again but I’d ask for the Sakura tower
Excellent location. Able to assist with luggage forwarding which was very helpful. Room size not too bad for a large city.
Has 2 separate hotel towers next to each other. Only one is staffed with reception desk- sakura tower. The Momeji tower has no reception desk and although you need to swipe in the elevator to go to your room the whole closes down reception and sitting areas are open to anyone who walks in off the street. I think swiping you room cards should be necessary to enter the building for security reasons

Lovely hotel in a great area
The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms had proper black outs.
The room was a little smaller than the other hotels we stayed in Japan, and there was a couple of little rubbish under the bed from someone who stayed in the room previously. Also we got used to the loo being separate to be the shower, which would have been handy as we were a family of three sharing the room.
